This kit comes with two cull tag holder. That bolts onto your Livewell lid. And it Replaces the Livewell divider that ranger puts in their in aluminum boats. That pops up and the fish can swim under it. That can be a big problem if you have a Co/angler in a tournament. So we made it a little taller so it can't be pushed up when the Livewell is closed.
